About Us
Las Lomas is a single-family off-site housing community located about fifteen minutes from the heart of Tyler, Texas. Our housing development was built on 43 acres of undeveloped land and supports 273 homes. First Step Homes intentionally designed and developed this property with the individual home owners in mind, as well as the community they would be a part of. First Step Homes strives to develop communities with a raised standard of living when compared to similar communities around the nation. To achieve this, we design and build luxury amenity sets, select homes built from high quality materials, and choose locations with intentionality. Each home includes three parking spaces and a detached storage shed with a lockable roll-up door.
Homes
All the homes at Las Lomas are built off-site and are made of the same materials used in on-site home construction. This means standard sized studs and framing, standard thickness sheet-rock, windows, flooring, bathroom components, kitchen appliances, interior and exterior doors, siding, roofing, etc. While there are a numerous amount of off-site home builders, First Step Homes has carefully selected a handful of builders to purchase homes from; only those building with the best materials and best building practices. At Las Lomas you will find homes built by Oak Creek Homes, Legacy Housing, and RGN.
Amenities
Joining our community means access to a wide range of luxury amenities, largely centered in and around the amenities center. Our amenities set includes a robust gym, swimming pool, two playgrounds, two dog parks, full court basketball, four grills, conference room, kitchen, computer lab, and a cabana.
